Sakae Sushi @ IOI Mall, Puchong

Yesterday, my hubby & i went to Sakae Sushi for dinner, in conjunction with Father's Day. Sakae Sushi is one of my hubby's favourite dine-in hang out, so it's really a perfect choice to celebrate HIS DAY there! ;)

Everytime we dine at Sakae, we will order our favourite picks, which are the Ebi Tempura Salad, Sakae Chawanmushi and Fried Hotate. And yesterday were no exceptional!

Ebi Tempura Salad @ RM16.90
Crispy shrimp tempura with fresh seaweed, cherry tomatoes, shredded cabbage and coral lettuce, topped with wafu dressing.

Sakae Chawanmushi @ RM3.99
Smooth steamed custard egg.

Fried Hotate @ RM3.99
Scallops fried to perfection, crispy on the outside, chewy in the inside!

What we really like about Sakae Sushi is that they have Monthly Special Promotion. For each different month, they will have different ingredient/ theme on promotion. For June, it is the Soft Shell Crabs theme. And Sakae Sushi member can get these at lower price, usually it's RM2 lesser.

We, being members of Sakae, of coz not gonna miss out these tempting offers, couldn't we?

Golden Soft Shell Crab @ RM6.80 (RP: RM8.80)
Fried soft shell crab coated with breadcrumbs.

This one is a dissapointment. It tasted nothing like soft shell crabs. I could only taste the oil from the frying.

Other than the Golden Soft Shell Crab, the rest were yumm...
